Mr. Daniel Khnafo is a French corporate lawyer and international business advisor with extensive experience in corporate transactions, cross-border investments, strategic negotiations, and international business development. As Senior International Legal Advisor and Head of European Investment & Strategic Partnerships at SK Law Office, he provides strategic guidance on international corporate matters, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investor relations.

In this role, Mr. Khnafo supports SK Law Office's international practice by assisting European investors and multinational companies seeking opportunities in Cambodia and the ASEAN region. He also plays a key role in building strategic partnerships, facilitating international investment initiatives, and promoting Cambodia as a competitive destination for business, hospitality, tourism, and real estate development.

His international legal and commercial expertise strengthens SK Law Office's ability to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions and supports the firm's mission of connecting global investors with opportunities in Cambodia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Li Yanhui, LL.M., is a legal professional specializing in international business law, cross-border transactions, and dispute resolution. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Law and serves as a lawyer at BZW Law Firm in China, as well as a Foreign Of Counsel at The Legal Law Firm in Thailand.

Mr. Li's legal practice focuses on international and cross-border matters, with particular expertise in construction and engineering law, tax law, corporate and commercial affairs, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. Over the course of his career, he has developed substantial experience advising businesses, investors, and organizations on complex legal and commercial issues, as well as representing clients in a wide range of disputes.

In addition to his legal career, Mr. Li has held several leadership and media positions. He previously worked as a reporter for the Global Times in Beijing and served as Editor-in-Chief of the African Chinese Weekly, with assignments spanning Botswana, Zambia, and Tanzania. He also served as Principal of the World Youth Tourism and Hospitality School in Cambodia, where he was involved in educational management and international cooperation initiatives.

Having lived and worked in Africa and Southeast Asia for more than 15 years, Mr. Li brings extensive international management experience, a deep understanding of emerging markets, and a strong cross-cultural perspective to his professional practice. His diverse background enables him to effectively navigate the legal, commercial, and cultural complexities of international business environments.

Mr. Li is fluent in Chinese and English, both of which he uses as working languages, and he also possesses a working knowledge of Khmer and Swahili. His multidisciplinary experience across law, education, media, and international business has positioned him as a trusted advisor in cross-border legal and commercial matters.
