EB-5 Program Overview

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was established by Congress in 1990 to promote economic growth in the United States. This investor visa permits applicants to obtain permanent residency by investing in job-creating enterprises — without requiring education credentials, employment offers, or sponsorship.

Through our partnership with SK & Scott Law Firm in Washington, D.C., our clients receive direct U.S. immigration counsel from Attorney Scott Bolls (JD, CPA), bringing over 30 years of U.S. legal practice to investor visa matters.
