About the Role

As an International Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our multinational clients on a wide range of legal matters. You will have the opportunity to work on complex cross-border transactions, advise on international business law, and represent clients in international disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to multinational clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
      • Mergers and acquisitions
      • Joint ventures
      • Corporate restructurings
      • International contracts
      • Intellectual property
      • Dispute resolution
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on international business law issues
  • Represent clients in international arbitration and litigation proceedings
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in international corporate and commercial law

Skills and Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school
  • Licensed to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction (Not necessary)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in international corporate and commercial law
  • Strong understanding of international business law, including treaties, conventions, and international arbitration rules
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex legal projects and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and at least one other major language

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property & Asset Management Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a diverse portfolio of properties and assets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic asset management plans, overseeing property maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to optimize the value and performance of the company’s property portfolio.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all properties, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, rent collections, and evictions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including building codes, fire safety codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and forecasts.
  • Track and analyze property performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the property portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in property and asset management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic asset management plans.
  • Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, fire safety codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
